Our vision is to become a key player in Indonesia’s supply chain ecosystem,” explained Gerry.

The second transformation was initiated after the COVID-19 pandemic, marking a strategic shift from a 2PL (Second-Party Logistics) model to a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) approach. This transition was not incidental—it was a deliberate move, based on the company’s core strength in manpower.

“We didn’t simply enter the 3PL business. We chose a very specific segment in which we have a competitive advantage—human capital-based services. This has become the cornerstone of our integrated, value-driven end-to-end logistics solutions,” he added.

B-LOG’s transformation efforts have included the integration of digital technologies such as Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), organizational restructuring, and the cultivation of a strong culture of innovation. These initiatives have enabled the company to meet current industry challenges while unlocking new avenues for sustainable growth.
